I received a haircut (date = 9/7/2022) from an elderly hispanic lady. I had showed her photos of how I wanted my hair, and once the haircut was complete, I liked it. When I came home — less than thirty minutes later — and examined my hair closer, it looked awful and haphazard.
NOTE: My vision is poor, and I cannot see well. Hence, my hair looked great inside the barbershop, as the mirror was several feet from my chair.
I called Chinno's (located at Ross Center) and asked an individual if they could fix my hair. This individual agreed to solve my issue the next day, (9/8/2022) with no charge. I returned on the agreed date of (9/8/2022 - less than 24 hours later) and the elderly hispanic lady demanded I pay $26 for another haircut. She was rude, and downright hateful: therefore, I politely left the premises.
I have been a loyal customer since 2016, and her behavior/lack of ability to stand by her work is distasteful.
I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS ABHORRENT BUSINESS — AVOID THIS TOXIC/OBNOXIOUS BARBERSHOP AT ALL COSTS!!!
PS: Since my father had dropped me off, and was returning after my problem was tended to (he had other business), I had to walk over six blocks — in the heat — to arrive home. I have severe health issues, so any unnecessary exertion is detrimental to my being.
Personal message to the elderly, rude hispanic lady: Take my initial haircut money and buy yourself some class!
