My car got full at $41.86 and the lady employee (Black lady with dreads and a heavy accent) refused to give me my son the remaining change or put it back on my card! She told my 18-year-old son that that’s not how it worked, once you pre-pay that’s what you have to use… If not, you lose it! I then went in to get my refund, but the lady did the same thing with me! I was literally breaking it down to her as to how and why she owes me money, even the customers were telling her that she was wrong and she owed me money and she just didn’t budge and stated that the reason she can’t return that money is because I had to pay the Credit card company and that’s what the money would go to! There was literally another customer yelling at her telling her that she was wrong , he even said go ahead and give me my change so I can give this young lady her money back that you stole! Lol I told the man thank you and that it wasn’t about the money, It was literally about me showing my son what’s right what’s wrong and that she could keep that money but she IS WRONG! He was thinking the lady was right and that he was wrong!… he stated that he didn’t know it worked like that and I told him that it doesn’t work like that!If you didn’t use all the gas money you paid for, you get your money back! Everyone, beware! There is a reason why the credit card machine does not work outside!
