Darryl Wesley was the Service Advisor whom was professional, friendly, and courteous from start to finish.
I brought in a fleet vehicle (2024 Ford Escape) on July 21, 2025, at 7:00 a.m., which had given me some issues on July 19, 2025. Since the vehicle was under warranty, it was best to have the closest Ford dealer look at it, and the reviews showed that it was best to bring it to Chapman Ford.
The tech team did their due diligence with the car, and I was informed today that I could pick it up.
I want to thank Darryl for his time and attention and to all involved in inspecting the car.
*NOTE
I really enjoyed seeing that an unhappy client got feedback from the Service Manager and that the response wasn’t a cookie cutter response that can insult a person’s intelligence.
