I took my phone in to this location on Halloween. Andy, the so called manager was there. About 3 weeks prior to this visit, I took my phone in for a screen repair bc it was cracked. At that time Cindy fixed it. This time I dropped the phone and the whole screen came out, but mind you, it wasn't cracked at all, the screen had fell out???? Andy quoted me $145 to fix it and said it would take 20 mins. I waited about 30, came back and from first glance my phone was fixed but he actually charged me $155 and it came to $162 with tax. I didn't argue. I was happy to get my phone back. Upon heading to work, using my phone I noticed that after 2-3 minutes of usage, the screen would turn a hot pink color, then the phone would power off. I immediately called Andy and told him what happened. He stated it probably just needed to be re-calibrated. I couldn't come back bc I was heading to work so I brought it in the next day. Andy the so-called manager was there again. I made it after hours but he still took my phone to recalibrate it. After leaving Walmart I noticed it was STILL doing the same thing. I came the next day, Cindy was there. Apparently she and Andy already had a conversation about my phone. She told me that in order to repair my phone, Andy had to take the proximity cable out. So now in order to fix it they had to order me a new one. Do you not know THESE SCAMMERS was trying to make ME pay for the cable they removed WITHOUT MY CONSENT? A $50-$80 charge depending on if I wanted it new or used. Still didn't argue. I was going to wait til the phone got fixed to dispute the charge. So she was gonna order it, I guess. I left the store but kept my phone cause I needed it, although it partially worked and ended up dropping the phone again! This time the LCD screen got messed up. Couldn't use it at all. I took the phone back. No way I'm paying for another screen replacement. Cindy told me if she would look into it but if it couldn't be fixed, I guess without using parts, it would be another $165. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS! First of all, I don't think she probably fixed it the first time! I've never had a screen fall out before. Cracked screen yes, but never had a screen fall out. Plus, Andy should HAVE NEVER REMOVED ANYTHING FROM MY PHONE TO REPAIR IT WITHOUT MY CONSENT!!!! That's CONSUMER 101. She couldn't fix it and had the nerve to try and charge me for another screen replacement. I have been trying to sell this phone bc I'm out of an iPhone 14 pro max while they're sitting on $162 of my money. Upon other buyers viewing my phone, it looks like the phone is in worse condition that I knew of. The back of the phone is shattered with missing pieces. My phone was not like that when I took it to Cindy so I believe Andy, the so-called Manager must have dropped my phone upon trying to repair it and shattered the back. And I believe that's why he removed the proximity cable or it got damaged in the process. I WANT YOUR CORPORATE OFFICE TO REVIEW ANDY TRYING TO REPAIR MY PHONE BECAUSE I KNOW YOU HAVE CAMERAS. I AM ALSO REPORTING YOU YO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND WILL PROSECUTE YOU TO THE FULLEST UPON FOUL PLAY!!! CONSUMERS BE WARE!!!!
