Reserved the car, went through financing, paid the down payment.... all for them to tell me they did not receive the payment from the loan provider 5 days after the funds were sent, even though I had confirmation from my bank that funds were dispersed. I could re-reserve the car and go through the whole process again. At this point Carvana was harder to deal with than going to an in person dealership because you can never receive email confirmation of a conversation or speak to the same person more than one time. When you ask questions they are always answered with "I am so sorry, I do not know". You can't speak to anyone that can actually help you resolve any issue. We went to a dealership and bought a car within 2 hours. I am still dealing with trying to receive a refund for my down payment more than 13 days later- which I was told multiple times was sent and would take 3-5 business days, then on day 13 I was told there was actually no record of the refund at all. And shocker.. the financing they "never received" has still not been sent back to the bank I financed with to close the loan on a car I never purchased... By far the worst company I have ever had to deal with.
