I'm a little late with this review. I had new stone countertops. sinks, and facets installed in Oct 2024. There was some hit/miss in trying to pull this together. The property is in Summit County CO, company on the front range, and I live in Florida. Rachel was very helpful here.
Price wise, these guys were the most competitive. They do enough volume that they got some stock at the stone supplier. Obviously, if one of those flavors will work for you, you'll save a lot.
The installation didn't go without any hick-ups. That wasn't unexpected as the installers scope extended beyond their usual due to the distance. After the installers were done and gone, I found a small leak. A quick text to the project lead and I got messaged back from the main guy (franchise owner) who'd done the measurements. He offered to either send a plumber up the hill or try and get a local one. Told him it was probably wasteful and the issue was most likely the old seals didn't want to take a new set. My return flight wasn't until the next day so told him to let me take a swing at it. I personally bought new trap sets locally and installed them. Issue solved with a lot less resource waste. Carpet Exchange was more than fair in adjusting my invoice.
On any decent sized project, something's gonna go left. How a company responds speaks volumes. Would definitely use these guys again. Very happy with the new countertops. The quick phone pix don't do them justice. There was a downside that I should have expected. They look so good they made the appliances show their age. Gladly replaced them. Now we'll probably have to get the cabinets re-faced, next year.
