I deleted my positive review because things took a negative turn for me. I absolutely love the people ( Rod and Heather) from the lot but the business overall is terrible! I leased a 2015 Subaru Outback from the lot and was super amazed and thankful that I was put into that vehicle! It worked well for about three months. I paid the sales tax already, and then it broke down with transmission issues… I was without a vehicle for almost a month and still made my payments Hoping that I would get my vehicle back, I was just traded into a new vehicle to “help” me. Carmart used to have this wonderful feature where they would create a sidenote and help you pay for your sales tax but corporate took that away, which is pretty dumb! It really helped people out if they actually made their payments on it…Since I had just paid my sales tax on the outback, I did not want to get traded into a new vehicle because sales tax cost a lot and that’s the main reason why people go to Carmart because we don’t have money just to throw out like that and usually bad credit. I was told that my sales tax would be covered, but going through this tedious process of having to send in paperwork to Little Rock ( Which should be the dealerships responsibility of making sure everything is taken care of ) i am going to have to end up, paying my sales tax for the new vehicle which I was put into… It’s just very unfortunate because the people are friendly, but the business does nothing to really take care of you. I am basically screwed financially because of a vehicle that I thought would last, only lasted three months for me, and now I am paying more than I should be. Also, the crazy Thing is that the 2015 Subaru Outback Which had transmission issues is back on the lot again… While I was waiting for it in the shop, I was told that they had ordered a new transmission and the one that was sent in was bad. I’m assuming they ordered another one which is “good” But the idea of that vehicle being back on the lot is pretty nerve wrecking. hopefully, no one else has to deal with the same issues I had with it! As someone who previously worked for the company, I really thought it was a good company but I’ve changed my mind…. Business is just business to them… they don’t care…
