First there are two enormous lines outside, stretching around the corners of the building, one for people with appointments and one without. I noticed that the guard let in people with no appointments twice as often as the people who booked beforehand. I showed up 20 minutes prior to my appointment time, and then had to wait outside for 30 minutes after my time passed, before I was let inside. Then there's more waiting. There are also the same two lines inside, and the floor manager (?) alternates from which line they call people in. Basically, if you have an appointment, you needn't have bothered. Overall, everything was very long, tedious, cramped and very poorly managed.
The window service was also lacking. The first thing the girl at the desk asked me, quite rudely, was "DO YOU HAVE A PRINTER????!" with no explanation and everything that followed was almost as surreal.
I wasn't able to accomplish anything during my visit, because - as it turned out - the ID/driver license system specifically had been down for a while, and they'd been trying to reboot it, but didn't think to warn anyone in the meanwhile... so finally they gave up and told everyone with ID appointments to just leave... I have wasted money and so much time for absolutely nothing 👍 I would not recommend this location.
