This place did the same thing to me called me saying they about some green energy program. I thought it was a call from a municipal organization the way they were talking. Really it was a solicitation.

If you look at a previous 1 star review. They said the same thing to me that they make no outbound calls. This is technically true. They use another call service center to make these fraudulent solicitations. So they can legally and technically say this is true. But it is not.
I found out when I said I was busy, at work, and needed to get off the phone but was interested in this government grant program (?? ugh). They would NOT let me get off the phone and were pushy. When I asked for a number to call back, they said the had no number or email address but could call me back.. They also called from a blocked number. Shady. Probably phishing.
