I did have a mediocre customer service experience, however, and it doesn't really make me want to return.My friend and I ordered our food and drinks. Our food came, and we were about halfway done with our crepes and our drinks hadn't arrived yet despite still having a number on the table. We asked a man as he walked by, and he indicated that he would check. He never came back, and we saw him walk in and out about three other times with others' drinks. We asked him again, and still nothing. Finally, we asked another girl, and she brought out our drinks, and she did apologize. By that point we were done with the food, so she said we could have to-go cups. I asked if we could get a small discount or refund because we had to ask a number of times only to be told we could have to-go cups. Normally, good customer service experiences dictates a small discount or even a little dessert; something to show an apology. Instead we were given to-go cups. It was disappointing.
