Read MoreI am older and don’t write reviews, but after my husband and I experienced the service at Cadillac of South San Francisco, I felt compelled to share. I recently visited because I’ve been looking at purchasing a Cadillac Lyriq. Although I’m not ready to buy just yet, I’ve been exploring my options and had visited another dealer in Sacramento beforehand, but had such a negative experience I decided to travel south a bit to the Bay Area. The contrast in service was staggering. At the Sacramento dealership, I felt rushed and dismissed, almost like I wasn’t worth their time.
In complete contrast, Cadillac of South San Francisco was amazing. A salesman greeted us named Caleb, and I was incredibly impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm for the brand. He took the time to answer all our (many) questions in detail and helped both of us feel confident about the car’s features and how it could fit our needs. He made us feel welcome and valued, even though we were upfront about not being ready to buy just yet.
The young man’s expertise and thoughtful approach truly stood out, and it’s clear he takes pride in delivering a great experience. When we are ready to make my purchase, there’s no question we will be coming back because of him. My husband and I had negative experience at the other dealership in Sacramento, I truly was glad we decided to travel there because all I wanted was someone to walk me through the features and we were able to get that and more. Thank you! It’s rare nowadays to get such great service and the contrast was so great that I told my husband I had to go write a review.
