From the moment we arrived, we were connected with Tariq, who stands out as one of the most understanding, approachable, and genuine dealers we’ve encountered during our EV search. Unlike others, Tariq kept us informed about price changes and availability throughout the process without ever being pushy. He was always easy to reach via phone or text and worked hard to find us the best possible deal within our budget. The dealership itself offers a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, with multiple rest areas stocked with premium snacks and coffee. It’s never overcrowded, and the team makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a friendly, neighborhood mom-and-pop shop—only this one happens to specialize in luxury cars. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and we couldn’t recommend it more highly!

I’m in NJ, and this was the only dealership within 100 miles that was responsive to all my questions. I knew exactly what I wanted, gave them a call, and they went above and beyond to help me. We handled everything over the phone, and when I arrived to pick up the car, it was ready to go—I was in and out in about an hour. No tricks, no surprises—everything was exactly as promised. This is my first Cadillac, and the team made it an incredible experience. Highly recommend!

I have learned that patience is key when having your car serviced. Attn: to details and words spoken are key. I could have had a better experience. I blame myself. The staff was polite and professional. My service writer was Luke. My repair order when I got home was not correct about my words that I explained was wrong with the car.it was not a problem opening and closing the sunroof and it making a thumping sound. The roof stays closed.it was in closed position always and making thumping sound. They said dirt and debris was the cause. They cleaned it all out. Going home, no problem. Hope to get a call from them and inquire on how it’s doing. That would be nice.

I had an incredible experience working with Luke Christian at Cadillac of Greenwich. The service was unbelievably fast and efficient. Luke went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless and stress-free. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail made the entire process enjoyable. Super efficient. This was my first visit to Greenwich Cadillac with my new Escalade.. Had an appointment for 8 AM for a scheduled service was greeted with a smile(Sabrina) at 7:45 . Quick check in process at the same time my car was usher into the garage. Was escorted to the lounge small but clean just about one hour later. The service team came and got me and I drove away five minutes later no hassle, not long wait I wish all Appointments as well ! Great job!

I had one of the worst experiences at this dealership. The service department was beyond rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment with service at 8am on Monday. After several calls, They finally saw the car late on Tuesday (and couldn’t understand why I was frustrated). When speaking to Mike - he was obnoxious, speaking over me, could care less that a 1 day job turned into a 3 day job (and this hugely inconveniences me) and refused to give me the contact information for the service manager when things started to go south. While my car was in service, I was working with Conor to possibly upgrade my car (which I would never do at this dealer due to this experience), I asked Conor & the sales manager please have the service manager call me. (Note: Conor and the sales manager were very understanding) Mike in service is now calling me to try to smooth things over (seems odd considering it was 5 min after I spoke to the sales manager about my experience and all of a sudden he’s not hanging up on me anymore). And to top this all off, when I picked up my car my PAC badge was taken off my license plate. The service dept said sometimes this happen when they wash the cars (they didn’t seem surprise it wasn’t on the car) but they couldn’t find it. They had to play the cameras back. I had to call 2 more times for them to make this a priority. I’d think a dealership would prioritize a possible theft with alittle urgency but I guess not. The service manager finally sends me three photos from Tuesday afternoon where he indicates the badge wasn’t on the car. When I pointed out that the car came in Monday morning (and you can see the screws on license plate were freshly unscrewed and not properly put back in) - he said he didn’t have the footage of when the car got there. I didn’t realize that Cadillac is only responsible for the car when it’s in the service area and not from when I drop the car off. I know the badge was on my plate. I’m careful to always check before it goes into a valet type service because there was sentimental value in that hardware. I’ve had the same one for over 18 years. I think if nothing else Greenwich Cadillac should have been apologetic for the missing hardware, for me having to call 8x to get updates on my car or that they said the car “had to be there at 8am” on Monday even though it was going to sit there until Tuesday and not be touched. It was also disgusting that Mike (the service manager) asked me not to write a review because it’ll affect how they are paid instead of apologizing for my all around experience. UPDATE to their response As you can see from Cadillacs response below - they do not address the points I’ve made. The $295 fee was waived only to try to get me not to post a bad review not because they were trying to be the right thing. It’s funny how they tried to get me to not post an honest review. Seems shady. You sent three pictures of my car after the car had been there a day and half. When I asked for photos or videos of when my car pulled in - they couldn’t supply them. Yes, I don’t need Cadillacs permission to reach out to authorities. I will do that on my own time. I don’t think that was valid for this review so I’m not sure what point you were making there. Me having an extended warranty has nothing to do with my complaint. My complaint was that Mike was obnoxious, I had to call 8+ times to get updates (I can supply the call log) and that my car sat there for three days and wasn’t seen on Monday when I scheduled for. Please feel free to address those. Your response seems defense and doesn’t address the points I made.

This is my first American car in twenty years and it needed to be towed ! Leased a 2025 Cadillac XT5....two plus months old, for me....what does that say about these ultra new very full of technology cars being made ? Greenwich Cadillac was of course very good at trying to solve the situation. They provided the new Cadillac Lyric , their all electric car model, for a loaner...very graciously, for the 5 days it took to fix our car! Not much joy looking for a charging station that worked but eventually got a little use to the electric car "experience" ! I am very thankful for their commitment to great service and their customer's happiness.
