This was my first and only visit to the store. We stopped in here because I've been wanting an Electra bike but wanted to see a few in person and get advice on a few things in regards to ordering/stock, purpose, etc. There were two people working and we weren't really acknowledged when we entered the store. One person mumbled something (EMP1) to us but couldn't tell what it was and he walked off after that and it appeared we were more in his way than anything. The other person (EMP2) was at the service counter (?) helping someone. So we wandered around the store checking out all the various bikes, accessories, etc. Another couple came in after we had been in the store for a bit. EMP1 must have been watching someone test ride outside the store because he was standing out there for a bit after our brief exchange. EMP2 started helping someone else who just rode in. EMP2 never acknowledged us. EMP1 at some point finished who he was working with and then went on to help the people who came in after us. Not sure if it was because they were older than us or what but if I'm about to spend $850+ on a bike, I want to be able to talk to someone before ordering. After being in there at least 25min of wandering (not a huge store- not bored quick especially since I already had an idea of what I wanted), we just left. I wanted to be able to establish a relationship with a local bike place for our family but will have to keep looking.My 2 star rating is mainly due to their stock and the store looked nice (would give 5 stars for that alone). Customer service is no stars though.I don't expect people to drop everything and help me when I walk in, but at least acknowledge that we exist and assist us when it's essentially our turn after waiting so long- not the people who came in 15min after we did. I'm glad to know that others had positive experiences so hopefully the day we went was just a rough day - but still do not plan returning and am going to another store this week.Edit: Juan did call today but asked if I was there this week which confused us both and I didn't connect the dots until after we had hung up. This actually occurred back at the end of February 2023 so not sure why the date changed (although I know it will change now due to this edit)
