Despite my initial hopes, the car has proven to be a constant source of frustration and inconvenience.Since the purchase, the car has been in the shop 10 times in less than 6 months. I am unable to keep it in my possession for even two weeks without encountering major issues that require towing, rentals, or rides via Uber and Lyft. These repeated breakdowns have caused significant disruptions to my daily life and have incurred additional costs that should not be my responsibility.The problems I’ve encountered include:- Motor replacement with a used one- Bad rotors- Bad water pump- Radiator replacement- Brakes going out- Oil leaks- Coolant leak and more..Despite these extensive repairs, the vehicle remains unreliable. Each time the car is in the shop, only the issues I report are addressed, leaving me concerned about what might fail next.I have repeatedly asked for a replacement vehicle or for acknowledgment that this car is a lemon, but my requests have been denied. I am now stuck making payments on a car that I can rarely drive and cannot depend on.I urge JD Byrider to take immediate action to resolve this situation. I expect either a replacement vehicle or a thorough review of this car to ensure it is safe and reliable.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.Repost:Yes, the reimbursement helps, however after having my car for 3 1/2 weeks the problem has not been fixed. Stating the obvious, no one can predict when something is going break on a car, but I have been having the same dashboard warning signs since January 2024. The service department has not fixed ALL the issues. They bandaid the fix and inconvenience my life and schedule opposed to taking care of everything at that time. The price and car value is NOT adding up! What is your response to help me with this? It is NOT normal to bring a car in over 10 times in less than 6 months. Admit that!
