Read MoreHilda and Diana are absolute ANGELS. The night prior, I had applied for a credit card in the store, and unfortunately did not receive my ID back after the transaction. The next day, I came to realize that my ID was NOT in my wallet, and I NEEDED my ID to fly back to Chicago for the holidays. It's the ONLY form of ID that I have. So I retraced my steps and realized that it was at Burlington. When I called, I was frantic, and Diana was very calm and patient with me on the phone. Took down my information, and even called me back PROMPTLY to let me know what was going on or off they havd found it. Then I got a phone call from Hilda....MY ID was FOUND!!!! I came to the store to pick it up, and Hilda had it ON her. Safe and sound. These 2 women made me feel cared about and reassured. They went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate them!!!!
