Read MoreI don’t usually write reviews but the service I received from Patricia was a game changer for me. I had walked past this cute little store so many times but never went in because it just looked like it wasn’t my speed and I had never seen any black or brown people working in there. Until last Thursday 1/9, there was a lady working, just a beautiful soul who I seen smiling when I passed by. I decided today was the day. She greeted me when I came in, I told her it was my first time there, she showed me around. I told her I was looking to get detergent, she then offered a bogo sale, which was perfect. She talked about all of the other product that you guys offer, and then offered me samples of the bar soaps to take home to test out. OMG this blew my mind bc what other companies do this? She was so informed, she didn’t rush me, she allowed me to feel comfortable even though I had never been in there before. Well I came back yesterday bc she told me about the soap sale and had given me those samples. I was hoping she was there bc she just made my experience so easy, AND SHE WAS! She remembered me, not only that she asked how I liked the soaps and detergent that she sent me home with last week. You don’t come across too many people that actually enjoy what they do and are great with people. Mrs. Patricia you made my day and I just wanted to say thank you, and you will have a loyal customer as long as she’s there! Oh and the soaps smell so good!
