Okay, let me tell you this little story: I just moved to Athens, and I totally forgot the hours at bridgestreet during the winter time so I googled buckle's hours and it said I'm good to come before 9 so I parked at Bridgestreet around 8:30, run up to the doors and they are locked and see two girls trying to frantically close the store and make the floor look good for the next day.
I feel so bad but I'm never here in town so I just knock on the door and all I need is a pair of pants that I had altered there. Ashley and Nina let me in, tell me they're closed, and I told them why I was so persistent and basically asking for special treatment, and Nina runs to the back for me to get the jeans. They tell me that it's fine and that I need to come back and set up an appointment with them and they'll have a fitting room ready for me and everything. I had no clue Buckle did that. These girls went above and beyond and the store was CLOSED. Please use this review for training other sales associates on their incredible customer service, because I'm just going to say that I had had NO PLANS to ever come back to a Buckle store until Ashley and Nina. Kudos ladies. Seriously impressed. 👌 I will see you two and only you two again. 💗
