One of the highlights of my visit was exploring their incredible snack and candy selection. They have everything you could possibly imagine, from unique, Texas-themed candies to classic treats that bring back childhood memories. I especially loved the variety of flavored popcorn, gourmet nuts, and their famous Beaver Nuggets—addictively sweet and crunchy. It’s the kind of place where you find something new and exciting on every aisle.
However, the real star of my visit was their brisket sandwich. The smell alone as you approach the food counter is enough to make your mouth water. The brisket was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and packed with smoky flavor. The texture was spot on, with just the right balance of meatiness and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness. The sauce added a tangy sweetness without overpowering the brisket’s natural flavors. It’s easily one of the best brisket sandwiches I’ve ever had.
Whether you’re fueling up on a road trip or just stopping by for a bite, Buc-ee’s is a must-visit. Between the friendly staff, spotless restrooms, and unmatched snack options, it’s a place I’ll definitely be visiting again. Highly recommend!
