Start by saying the guy at the store is helpful. This review does not reflect him personally. The people he needs to call however, are not. Boost Mobile has the worst customer service that I have ever seen from any Cell Carrier. My phone was cancelled without my consent (they even said I called them to cancel it, effectively saying I was lying), I lost the month I paid for (this phone is less then 3 weeks old, there is no way it was because of billing), then was told I could start up again but had to pay the same month over again. Will NEVER use or recommend Boost to anyone. They are a terrible company. I started getting calls from telemarketers about 20 minutes after I left the store. The only people with the number were them. I guess me being mad about telemarketer harassment, their petty reps decided to cancel my account on my behalf. Gotta love that right?
Went to AT&T they gave me a free month for just thinking about them after all this and I signed up. Boost does not appreciate their customers, and I actually feel bad for anyone that represents them. Do not sign up with them. They may just shut you off and not even bother telling you. I have also not received a telemarketer call yet. I wonder why that is. Do yourself a favor and move on from these scammers. Thanks to Boost, I've had to give out 2 new numbers (boost then AT&T), I lost $165 bucks to get a phone I can't use making me now have to sell this other one, and I missed a whole weekend of calls and work that really messed up my job. Boost Mobile.....I am not done dealing with you guys. I have a meeting with a rep from corporate to show what happened here. No regrets about that and the person that caused all this for me, needs to lose their job.
