Yesterday, I had the worst experience at Boost Mobile on Walton Way in Augusta,Ga. I walked in and explained to Jamel there is an issue with my phone. The coloring is off, I had already went to my settings to see if there was an additional option to change it. Long story short, Jamel has no knowledge of this particular phone, he did attempt to fix it but wasn't successful. I said; today is the 7 day grace period and is there a manager you can call. He says no there is no manager, whoever is working is in charge. ???? 🤔He then says, only Andy who is the owner. I said; I wanted to talk with him. He stated he didn't have the phone numbers for neither. Then tells me the only thing he can do for me is do an upgrade and can't guarantee I want be charged an additional cost. This didn't set well with me, throughout our enter action there were music playing in the store he sang off in on while attempting to wait on me. I informed him I would be calling Andy the owner, since he told me this store doesn't have a manager. As I'm writing down the information he gave me, he goes to the back and turn off the lights while I'm still standing at the counter in the store writing down what he just said. He was very rude and this was the worst customer service I have experienced. I typically don't write reviews or complain, however Jamel needs some more training, specifically in customer service. The young lady who sold me the phone last week names is Yonnie I believe. She was awesome, very knowledgeable and exceptional customer service..
