First time visiting the store even though I have been a Boost customer for years. Jesus is the manager. His customer service was top notch--a great combo of patience, knowledge, and experience. If I could dream up my ideal experience in upgrading my phone, this would be it. Within minutes, I picked out a phone that was less than I had budgeted, but with more features than I expected. Jesus set up my new phone with a case, screen protector, and all the data transferred over from my old phone. He shared tips on using the phone and accessories (not offered at Boost Mobile, but elsewhere) that would make my life easier. In addition, I'm now on a different network that has better coverage for where I travel. I walked out of the store, thrilled with a functioning new iPhone, and delighted that the experience had been so ease-filled and pleasant.
