Do NOT buy anything from this company and especially this store. We bought the Palace 2 chair about a month ago. Within the first few days of using the chair, our entire family of 5, separately came to the conclusion that during the Good morning, Good night, Neck and Shoulder, Refresh etc. modes, that the roller seemed to get stuck and make a loud noise as it went over that area, causing the head to shake. We asked the technician to come out twice and insisted that this was part of the "chopping" action of the chair or that our fat was in the way of that roller. We then escalated to the manager of the Buena Park shop, whom we actually bought the chair from and went to the store to see if this could be fixed. The manager said that they realized this was an issue and said they would escalate to headquarters. A few days later, he then called and said never mind, it's not a defect and this is purely based on your preference as a customer. I'm sorry, I didn't realize that a roller getting stuck and causing the head to seriously shake was a matter of "preference". I then asked, as it's listed in the contract, that since this is a defect that they refused to fix, that we be refunded for the chair or at the very least have the machine swapped out for a new one. They refused!! They continued to insult me and my family saying it was most likely our fat that was causing this (we are not a "big" family mind you), and that this was purely our preference so they refused to budge. This company is ONLY interested when they sell you things and will not care about you as a customer afterwards. There are plenty of other massage chair companies, go with one of them and save yourself a massive headache. Crooked business methods and useless employees working there.
