Just put our order in for this year; our second year with Blue Mountain.We have been in our current house for ten years, and have ordered firewood every year from different places. Last year was the first time ever that we received an actual FULL cord of firewood."Cords" from other places varied from 1/2 to 2/3 of a cord, with a lot of "chunks". This left us short at the end of the season. It may be cheaper at the outset, but if you have to order more you aren't saving anything.Blue Mt. wood is seasoned and ready to go, and it's a good mix of hard and soft woods without any junk. I HIGHLY recommend it if you are serious about wood heating.

My husband called to inquire about prices and availability. Ronald, was able to provide same day delivery for a full cord. Having gone through more firewood this season than expected, we were happy to make the purchase.Prices reflect mid-season rates but were significantly lower than Apple Valley's Bun Warmers. Also included was free delivery for Lucerne Valley residents. We got our firewood within 2 hours of ordering. Both Ronald and the driver called to notify us. Great customer service.We will definitely be calling Blue Mountain next time we need wood.

Completely stoked on my wood from Blue Mountain Firewood. I ordered on Saturday and they delivered on Monday within an hour of the original estimated time. AndOn the coldest windy day of the year I purchased the mixed hardwood cord and it turned out to be a little over a cord. Super dense, hot burring, dry seasoned fire wood. The price is a little more than some of the others but you get what you pay for. Considering the rising inflation it is well worth the cost to know you are getting what you're buying. Don't go anywhere else for firewood! I have gotten 2 cords from Blue Mountain over the last 2 years. One was almond and one was plum. The size of the cord was much larger than cords I've gotten from other places and this wood burns much longer and much hotter. I had a local Big Bear place flake on their appointments for over a month this year but Blue Mountain showed up the day after I called them both times. You will pay a slightly higher price with Blue Mountain but the wood will literally last 3-5 times as long and burn hotter than the termite infested stuff that you will get elsewhere. It's value is so much better. Don't waste your time and buy wood somewhere else only to find that you have to challenge them and say that they didn't bring you a whole cord (which is what many places do). Just go to Blue Mountain and get it done right the first time. I just wish everybody did business like them. Also, make sure you get them when things aren't busy because they are slammed when everyone else is buying firewood.
