I informed them that I was seeking hiking shoes, and they kindly directed me to the appropriate section. As I browsed through the selection, one of the employees approached me, offering their assistance. He went above and beyond, bringing out numerous pairs of shoes for me to try on, ensuring that I found the perfect fit. Throughout the entire process, he remained patient and courteous, never showing any signs of frustration or impatience. I spent approximately 40 minutes in the store and ultimately left with a pair of shoes that I was delighted with.
