I had a very unpleasant customer service experience at this location, by the associates Dani and Frederick. Frederick needs to be fired lol. But really! I was genuinely shocked at how bad the customer service was at this store and I really do not understand how he’s still an employee here. He was openly rude, antagonistic, and disrespectful directly in front of the manager and she had absolutely nothing to say. At one point he even got somewhat aggressive and then began berating me to other customer. This was the worst interaction I’ve ever had with a store employee my entire life.
Some backstory, this started up because my ID was expired. Although annoying, I informed them I had a paper renewal ID and could bring it in from my car. Frederick was already at this point extremely rude. When I got back I moved to another line because I didn’t have the energy to deal with bad vibes like that. Well, I made it to the front of the line to checkout and then Frederick told the other associate don’t check me out because it’s too inconvenient to move my stuff over. This is when I decided to say something, because now they were wasting my time.
Now I’m just very confused about what is going on at this Bevmo. Like what customer would be ok with standing in line 3 times for one purchase? Why is Dani allowing her team members to disrespect the customers? And all of this for what? Because I asked not to stand in line 3 times. Seriously do better. BevMo please consider getting Dani some type of managerial training. I have extensive managerial and I would have fired an employee acting like him immediately.
