Staff doesn’t acknowledge you… “security” at front GLUED to the theft surveillance cameras
Totally incompetent experience… one time there are people selling random items as soon as you walk out of the place, next time the trash cans are completely overflowing in front of the place, and they blame the strip mall management, the next time the entire front of the store has the lights off for some weird ass reason, other time super aggressive AT&T rep trying to get you to sign up for brand new service when you already have service, this time absolutely nobody even acknowledge you as they carry on having private conversations to themselves.
This will be my last time coming to this location
Every place is better. The flagship is Buckhead give it a try. They have solved all of the security issues over at Sydney Marcus blvd. The staff there is top-notch they are engaging, respectful, and they even saved me money by processing a price difference for a product I didn’t need to have with me for an exchange.
This was supposed to be a flagship location, but it is so poorly managed. We waited forever for them to renovate this place and it is far worse than I ever imagined .
You never know what you’re going to get, but you will be guaranteed to get extremely poor service.
And I’m one of those Best Buy membership whatever you wanna call it members I don’t even know what it’s called, but I will never come back to this place again. It feels weird and creepy cold and cavernous.
This is the ghetto Best Buy in Atlanta. Every other place does it better
