Disappointed by Recent Experience
I’ve been a loyal customer of Best Buy for years, spending a good portion of my paychecks here. Unfortunately, my experience today was unacceptable. A cashier decided to keep my change without asking, and when I brought it up, they dismissed me, asking me to wait. I stood there for 15 minutes, only to be told they’d get to me when they could. Meanwhile, the manager casually walked around without addressing the situation.
I expected better service from a store I’ve supported for so long. Hopefully, this gets addressed, as it’s disappointing to see customer service take such a hit.
