I had a dishwasher for a little over a year and the product began to leak. Geek squad came out within a week to inspect the issue, but had to return to change the door out due to a seal. However when they returned a week later to change the door, they noticed the latch was updated and could not close the door. They set up a following appointment then the next week… they replaced the latch but never secured the dishwasher and they left without ensuring the door closed. They returned same day after I called them directly to tell them to do so. They tried to center the dishwasher and scratched the control panel and failed to center it. They claimed they would send a new install team out to fix the issue.
Now it has been 4 weeks and the dishwasher is damaged, leaking, off center, and customer service and the rep keep redirecting the issue with no result.
