After having been in contact with a person at the corporate location via facebook messenger, the final resolution to this matter was "Thank you for that additional information, Elias. I have documented the details of your experience for you on our corporate systems for internal review...." This was after the person had asked "what date and time" the interaction was at and was never given any additional pertinent information to what had transpired. Needless to say....nothing came of it in any shape or form. Sad that after having done all the work to resolve a problem, myself, that was bestowed upon me by the company, I was left with nothing but empty auto generated responses. I can now see why this brick and mortar store is losing business so very rapidly with the lack of care and empathy towards their clientele.
01/04/2025 Horrible experience, poor management professionalism!
This was our 3rd attempt to resolve an issue with an online order that was shipped defective out of the box. The manager who responded to "attempt" to resolve the issue (Rachel H.) Listened to the predicament interrupted and then stated, "Let's stop with the story" at which point I informed Rachel to just refund the purchase as their only available option was to check every Thurday until the 14th of January to see if the item would be in stock again. This item did become in stock online on January 2nd, 2025, after 10:30 p.m., when both the stores and customer support were closed. The item then became "out of stock" early Friday morning before either the store or customer support were opened. When Rachel was informed of this, there was nothing she was willing to do other than switch it out for a lower model and grant a $20 gift card as "compensation" for a $100+ difference in item.
Long story short, the manager should have had a better "choice" of words than "Let's stop with the story."
The young man who initially spoke with us had amazing customer service skills and empathy he gets 5 stars from me.
Last time shopping at this business.
