I didn’t expect this poor level of service, it’s all started when i order a graphic card online with a curbside pickup, after I received a notification that my order is ready for pickup. I went the next day to pickup and every time i try to sign up for curbside pickup i got the message the location is closed and this was around 11:00 AM, so i went inside the store to pickup my order, they kept me waiting for almost 40 minutes because they can’t find my
Order at the end of the 40 minute waiting time, the customer service agent came up with a solution for my case, that i need to buy it again and they will ship it to me, and I end up paying more money and pay for the order twice because I didn’t want to disappoint my child , and they refund the payment for my first order after 5 days.
From a business with a size of Best Buy this is Shocking.

I looked into your order. I wasn't able to determine why the store wasn't able to locate your order, but I was able to confirm that your refund was processed. Are you seeing this reflected back onto your card? I know you mentioned paying more. However, from what I see, the store charged the same price on the new order as was on the original order. If you are seeing something different on your end, please let me know.

And i was at the same store I suppose to pickup my order and at the same day my order was ready for pickup, instead of me picking my order, i will go ahead and buy the same order from the same store.
