I had a horrible experience and not satisfied how they handle the damages and bad quality prints on most of my capes. Most of the screen prints on the capes the print started to peel off, lots of the prints also started to break, 6 capes had holes, 4 capes they stitch a patch over the hole that was about 4-5 centimeter wide open. Some of the capes i provided were brand new and got damages. Now I have to purchased a whole new capes. What made this whole experience worse is they didn't reach out to me and not acknowledge the damages they did on my capes and they just gave my order like if everything look great. I went through every capes and was angry after noticing so many bad quality prints and damages left on my capes. This could had been resolve if they took accountable if they acknowledge the damages that were done before I picked them up assuming the work was completed. Yes they submitted a partial refund on certain capes I noticed they were damage but after the 1 first wash. So MANY MORE CAPES print started to peel off. It's an embarrassment to use these damage capes in front of my customer. This was my 3rd time working with them and never again.
