I have been customer since the 70’s and my family for many years before I was born. Store is 1 block away from downtown shops, around the block from a church, and 1 block away from 3 bakeries. Store has hot freshly prepared food at butcher in back of store, quick access to snacks and beverages from Mexico among other items. Store butcher shop carries fresh-never frozen-prime meat (my mom purchases over 50 lbs of thin butcher meat twice every year to make beef jerky and send to family members spread across the USA.We live across town, but always stop by when we attend mass at Sacred Heart church around the corner. It is a small neighborhood convenience corner store with narrow isles and limited quantities of items on shelves-but they carry hard to find specialty Mexican goods. It may be frustrating to the uninitiated, but staff will quickly direct customers to item location or direct customer to one of the 5 supermarkets located within 5 blocks.
