I absolutely love coming to this UPS store, Melissa Mya , and the store manager is PHENOMENALLLLLLLLLLL !!!!! Hands down !! They always make sure to get me in and out and I love the fact that they close at 7:30 on weekdays versus the USPS and also on the weekend they close late 3 o’clock on Saturday versus 1 o’clock. USPS .. thank you all for all that you do to service third-party sellers like myself who depend on shipping company to ship out my customers order. Thank you for making the process so smooth for sellers like myself.!!!!

After the disappointing experience at a previous UPS location in Tamarac, I was truly relieved and impressed by the outstanding service I received at another UPS store. From the moment I walked in, Pat D’Angelo, Ivette, and Melissa also another really nice lady I never got her name were incredibly welcoming, professional, and kind. They took the time to understand my shipping needs, answered all my questions clearly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the customer made a huge difference. We need more UPS stores like this ,where excellent customer service and respect for all individuals are clearly a priority. I highly recommend this location!

Originally, this review was very different. The very first time I came to this store (I have only been to the one in my neighborhood for the past decade) is was to send a package to Illinois. Unfortunately, that package never got to destination and from my frustration, I provided a review.
But the company is very respectful and considerate regarding the situation, and even when most likely, the shipping won't be delivered, I appreciate the care to solve the situation.
This things can happen, and material things can be recovered.

I visited this UPS last night to mail a very important document that I really wanted to get out. It was the only location near me that was open after 7 and I’m so grateful to have gotten my package out even if it was at the very last minute. We were literally the last customers of the day but the transaction didn’t seem rushed or anything. Very friendly and courteous staff!

I had an exceptional first-time experience at this UPS Store! I was really nervous at first, but the cashier Patricio was so friendly, and took the time to kindly guide me through all the available shipping options for my package. He was such a sweetheart and made me feel really comfortable and at ease, almost like I had known him for so long. He deserves a Raise! And the cherry on top? He gave me a 10% discount! I'll definitely be returning to the UPS Store for all my package needs and look forward to seeing Patricio again. Five stars and a huge thumbs up!

this is the best UPS store I have ever been in!
Because Ange and every person in the store is warm, welcoming, efficient, funny and makes it feel like every person that walks the door matters. I frequently send packages to my family members on the West Coast and up in the north east and every time somebody behind the counter asks me how those people are and what’s going on with them… This doesn’t happen anywhere else with this kind of business.
I’ve been to other UPS stores, including the one that’s right up the street by the Walmart and nobody is like this team. I will go out of my way to come to this store because of the team.

The owners of this store, Robert & Angie, are amazing! We had several packages to send, some of which were very heavy and awkward. Robert saw us struggling to bring the packages in and immediately grabbed the hand dolly and retrieved all packages from our vehicle. He was so kind. He worked hand-in-hand with Angie to process multiple packages going to multiple addresses expeditiously and in the most economical manner possible. Not only were they extremely professional, they were kind beyond words. Amazing people and a phenomenal place!

These guys are the best! Every time I go there, I get great service and they love my little dog too (he's famous around there and always turns to greet Angie in particular). But yes Angie, Robert, Pat, and Melissa rock. They are friendly and helpful and you truly feel like a friend walking in because they all know your name. Good place. Have been to a few other UPS stores and wouldn't even compare the service.

Melissa was the best in getting my packages shipped. Angie and Robert are the most wonderful people on earth. I don’t know what I would’ve done without them today. Please come to this store they have the best prices in town for everything. I mean better than anyone and I shopped around all day. I’m so glad I came in this store today.
