The technician replaced it @a cost of $59.00 with a 6 month warranty. A couple of months later the phone completely died. I drove out there that same day to find out what the issue was. Well, there was no technician on site that day! Not good managing when u r operating a business where they repair phones. Luckily, I had with me another Iphone 6 I wasn't using so the clerk switched out the Sim card for me. It worked on that phone , but I still intended to get to the bottom of why the other Iphone 6 died only after them relacing the battery 3 months earlier.
So I called another day during the week and the technician was off again. Then on 08/23/24 I called to make sure the technician was on site and the female manager said he was so I drove all the way out there for the 3rd time. I wanted to either get it fixed or get my $59 refunded.
When I walked in there was no one at the front desk. Another customer came in, we waited for awhile,, still no help. Then another customer got in line behind us. We waited some more. I finally walked back to the employee door and an older man came out asking if anybody was helping me. He knew darn well no one was, because when I walked in he had just come out of the public bathroom, which BTW had a OUT OF ORDER sign on the door, and as small as the store is it was obvious he was the only clerk working there!
Well, he then proceeded to inform me that the technician who repairs Iphones wasn't there, but would be in tomorrow! I nearly lost it! I asked to speak to the female manager. He went to get her. I followed him. He came out and informed me that she was on a conference call. I asked how long that was going to last. He said half and hour to 45 minutes!!! I figured she told him to tell me that as a ploy to get rid of me knowing I wouldn't want to wait that long.
This store is a joke! DO NOT waste your time and money on poor management practices and lack of concern for the customer's needs! I'm out $59.00 and that is not right!
