No one asked to assist us, so I had to find someone to help us- which was disappointing.
Then that person had to find the right person to help us.
The gentleman, Ray, who did end up assisting us was very kind and helpful. I cannot state enough how great Ray was once we got in contact with him. There was a package deal that was advertised online, however the store did not seem to be aware of the advertisement. Ray did go above and beyond to attempt to make the situation right for us.
What looses stars for me was the process itself. We picked out the kayaks we wanted, paid for them, and then were told to drive to the back to pick them up.
Turns out they didnt have both of the kayaks in the color we paid for.
So we had to drive back around, go back inside, return and exchange for a different color.
Then drive back and have them loaded.
This is more of an issue with inventory, but it ended up taking us about two hours from start to finish to get the kayaks, and I just was not expecting it to be such a long process.
