If you are a Manga/Light Novel enthusiast, Barnes and Noble is very welcoming. The staff is even relatively well versed in the subculture as well so they'll know most of what your talking about.

A favorite store for us!! Great visit! Great staff clean well stocked great employees ready to help. We walked in had a greattime wondering around the store finding great little treasures and even a few gifts we needed to get!

The only guy working was in front while 3 other employees were screwing around in the back not working. And making a lot of noise. You should watch the stupidity from your video monitor at home. Is there even a manager?

There was a rude worker inside the store. Asked for the manager and learned that he happens to be the manager himself. Spoke rudely and sarcastically to my non-English speaking mother. Disgusted.
