I purchased a Morbark M12r and stump grinder from Baileys from them in 2017. Based in WA state. Baileys employed only a single person to handle all maintenance calls, service, repairs, ect for all of WA and oregon and even some of Northern Cali. Any time I needed repairs, which was quite often actually with this brand new equipment, it was like pulling teeth getting anything done. Many times I was forced to do it myself, call morbark in MI directly and order parts or locate parts or find all information and then bring everything to Doug their mechanic so he could try and fix it. He was down for a few months as of this year, due to a work injury to his back. He was on light duty and phone duty for questions sometimes.
Recently though, we had a major issue with our chipper. We have an issue that needs to be looked at and when I called in I was told Doug has been since let go and was told that there is now no one to service WA. I was then told that I would receive a call back with options for service on my chipper. Nothing. No solution Call back. No solution. Nothing. Call back and told same. Nothing again. Call back told they'd speak with Jim again. Nothing again.
I've had so many issues over the years with my chipper. Topped with the inability to have a solid service team here locally in WA I've had to take it up to get looked at by WTD. I will never buy equipment from baileys again.
