I bought the new design of the year for my nephew’s birthday in December 2023. The employee unfortunately steered me to a smaller size saying this particular sweatshirt ran very large, like a size and a half. It was too small, so I took it back the very next week, no XXL left. I had been waiting, calling and asking monthly to see if more were printed. Four months later, the owner, Josh, said he would finally print them the week of the April 15th. No word. I called on the 19th, and at first he said that he wasnt going to do it at all because it’s not his fault I bought the wrong size! Then he says he’s doing me a favor by printing them and I should basically just keep waiting. When I said I’d come for a refund instead, he changed his tune and said he’d call me when he could get to it, but he was busy printing outside jobs. I was so angry, I just went to the shop and exchanged the sweatshirt for an old, tired design they had on the rack just to be done with it. The employee could hardly be bothered to help me because all his friends were in the shop like always. I used to buy my nephew an item from the store once a year, but now that I’ve gotten terrible customer service by the owner, my nephew says he doesn’t want to support this shop and either do I. Bad Fish, indeed!
