Natalie and Veronica have been great of assistance in explaining the process of monetary deliveries to countries like Colombia and especially to Venezuela where the rules are slightly different. They are patient and well explanatory of my needs.

A friend of mine, went to Avianca Express to send in a rush a small package as emergency to Colombia. According to the customer services, she paid $30 including insurance. She was promised that within 5 days, the package was going to be delivered door to door. More than 5 days has passed and the package stills somewhere and the recipient stills without receive it. She went on April 3, 2014. Up today April 10, the delivery has not been complied.
