My husband and I were traveling from Minot to Mayo in Rochester. We were about 30 miles out of Grand Forks (to the west) when our engine light came on and our car started misfiring. We looked online and saw that the only auto parts store still open in Grand Forks was Autozone. The store was closing at 9:00pm and GPS said we were to arrive at 8:53pm. We got there at 8:55pm and were still greeted with smiles and immediate assistance from Brock and Ryan! They were both so incredibly helpful and patient! We weren’t entirely sure what we needed, but they walked through issues with us, and got the parts we all agreed we needed. Both men were so understanding and in no rush to lock the doors and close up the store! In fact, here it was after 9:00, and Brock was out there getting his hands dirty right along with my husband! Their courteous and top-notch customer service skills and willingness to go above and beyond were something extraordinary! Brock was a class act for being more concerned about us, our safety on the road, our trek to the Mayo Clinic, and getting our vehicle back on the road in running condition - than he was about the time on the clock! Autozone is truly blessed to have such great employees! I hope they are recognized! My husband and I give these men and this store an A+++++! Highly recommend! Keep these guys around and Autozone is sure to have repeat customers! We’ll definitely be stopping in again! Even if it’s just to bring coffee and donuts!
