I can't say enough about this dealer. My daughter needed a new(used) car quickly - she's a senior at U of I and the plan was for her to purchase after she graduated this spring, but major issues with her current car changed our plans, and we needed to get a reliable, safe vehicle within a day because she works full time. We looked online and found a fantastic Ford Edge here, with low miles, a great price, and a clean Carfax. I live 2 hours away and with this being my daughter's first "big girl purchase" with financing, I really wanted to be there with her, but needed a day to rearrange things at my job. So I called this dealer....they are AMAZING. They not only held this truck for us for 36 hours until I could get down there to meet with her, they did all the prep work for the financing remotely with us via email and phone calls. Ben went above and beyond what any dealer I've ever dealt with has done! He obtained her financing thru the U of I Credit Union, called me with the exact numbers with her down payment, loan terms, and monthly payments (no playing games like every other dealer I've ever dealt with does - this was all up front and no hidden anything), and had all the paperwork ready when we walked in the door the next day (bonus that he has the most ADORABLE dog ever who greeted us at the door!!). He explained to my daughter what each paper she signed was about, "teaching" her about financing a car. Between the test drive and paperwork, we were in and out within an hour. I can't overstate how incredibly impressed we are with this business and especially Ben! Thank you for everything!!!
Edited 9/9/24 - the entire trans went out on this truck in the middle of May. It took 2 months to get it fixed at a certified Ford dealer, because the warranty we were sold was a horrible company and didn't want to pay. The Ford computers determined that the trans issue had been there all along; they were able to dig up the history of it going to another Ford dealer and being diagnosed, at which time the prior owner got rid of it. Very disappointed that a business I thought was honest, selling my daughter a reliable, safe vehicle, ended up selling her a defective vehicle that was noted to be so. Not cool.
