I never leave reviews, so things either have to be really amazing or really bad. The vehicle I bought from them is broken. It is certified and supposedly passed a 125 point inspection. There were clearly transmission issues (among a few others). The transmission was so obvious that even my 5 year commented on the car shaking. I brought it in 3 days after purchase, since it came with a 4,000 mile warranty. They said they would send it to the service department at an adjacent AutoNation dealership, since USA does not have one. After 3 days USA told us there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and that "old cars shake." We have been trying to get documentation stating that we were there for service and they are refusing. I finally spoke to the service department where they send their cars and was told they have no record of the vehicle being brought there. Which means that USA never sent it, which means they are lying. Now they are telling us to bring the car to another AutoNation who will take up to 7 days to even look at it, in addition to whatever time it takes to fix it. This leaves us without a vehicle, so we asked for a loaner. After all, they sold us a broken car. Now, they are refusing to take our calls. I looked them up on the Better Business Bureau website and this does not seem out of character for them. I wish I would have checked before. I will be leaving a comment there, also. Of course they are great when they want you to buy something, that's how the con works. They begged for a 5 star review, which we originally gave them, also a mistake.
