If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I've had nothing but amazing experiences working with this dealership. I came here after speaking on the phone with Kyle (salesman) about my interest in a preowned car they had listed online through Autonation. Kyle was informative and transparent with all the details on the vehicle. A few days later I came in on a busy Saturday and was greeted with hospitality and professionalism. I looked at a few different cars and choose a clean well equipped 2016 Mercedes Benz C300 to add to my Turo fleet. During the test drive we noticed a tiny chip in the front windshield that was partially hidden by the aftermarket tint. Kyle inspected it and we assumed it was previously repaired. Very satisfied with everything else with the car, I happily purchased it and added an extended comprehensive warranty and service plan to my purchase that day. A week later that tiny unsuspecting chip became a very obnoxious crack that grew to almost a foot in length. The sunroof which was fully functional during the test drive refused to close properly and a drive mode shifter knob began to only work intermittently. I called Kyle immediately and was pleasantly surprised with his response. He asked to return my call with answers on how it would be handled after speaking with George (Dealership Manager). George contacted me very shortly after to bring the car in at my earliest convenience and that they would get it all taken care of. I was caught off guard by how responsive they were. I was truly expecting to have problems with them doing the right thing. Based on the negative reviews I've read here on yelp. I must say, I did not have, nor can I imagine having a bad experience here. No questions, no headache and 100% hassle free experience. I brought the car in the next day and Jim (Service Manager) went above and beyond to get everything fixed. He was excellent at communicating timelines, he was courteous and behaved with utmost professionalism. I've purchased 3 other cars over the past 2mths at other dealerships for my Turo business and this dealership by far, hands down is top notch. As I plan to grow my Turo fleet and change out cars over the coming years with Turo, I will not hesitate to work with this dealership and these amazing folks. Not only do they stand behind their cars, service department and the customer experience they offer, they do so with both integrity and class, which is a rare combination among this industry. They have gained my business for many years to come. If ever I'm in the market for an Alfa Romero or Maserati for myself (I drive a Tesla Model S currently) or a preowned Autonation car for my Turo business I would come here first. I know whether I decide to buy a new car or a preowned car with them, I will be treated with respect, professionalism and amazing customer service. Would highly recommend this dealership and don't be deterred by any of the negative reviews, experience them for yourself before you may miss out on a great experience.
