Read More8/9/22 I used this tow company for my flat tire since my insurance company dispatched them to me. I waited almost three hours for the tow. At about the two hour mark, I called to ask a simple question. The owner answered and wouldn’t let me speak. He kept talking over me, was yelling and so rude.
When the tow guy showed up, he was being lazy and didn’t tow my AWD properly. He left the back hanging off the truck. Not being a car person, I had no idea what was happening. Halfway to the shop, he pulled over on the side of the road. I had my ride pull over and asked what was wrong. All he said to me was, “your car isn’t liking the ride”.
When the shop was fixing my flat, they tried to move my car, but it wouldn’t drive. They completely destroyed my vehicle with that bad, lazy tow!!! $2100 worth of damage they’ve done, and they refuse to pay for it. My
Car is in the shop and I have no way to pay for it, and I can’t afford to be out of work.
Save yourself the stress and do NOT use them!!!! Horrible, horrible experience.
