She quickly reviewed our receipt for the screen protector and was able to verify everything with ease, something that had been a huge issue at the other location.
Jaylen, the manager, was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. His attention to detail and commitment to making sure we were completely satisfied was truly impressive. Not only did he take the time to walk us through the process, but he also took care of applying the new screen protector himself, ensuring it was done perfectly.
