I upgraded to iPhones at the Alabaster store and was returning the old phones for the trade-in and was advised that I was *1 day past the 30 day trade in time and there is no guarantee that I would receive the $830 per phone credit. The assistant manager, Alexis, advised me to call customer loyalty, where I was also told I could not be granted a *1 day extension to trade in the iPhones. I left the store thinking I had missed out on a $1660 credit over *1 day. I decided to call back and spoke with Mike who immediately advised me that I actually have 45 days to return the iPhones for trade-in due to the holiday promo. I immediately went back to the Alabaster store, advised them of my conversation with Mike and both cell phones were accepted for the trade-in. I spent nearly 1 1/2 hour doing something that should’ve taken 10 minutes, but thanks to Mike, I was able to complete the trade-ins. The store manager/employees should be more knowledgeable of their promotions and look for a way to help a loyal customer instead of just a hard NO!
