I give 5 stars to Jay who helped my 80 year old mother-in-law for 2.5 hours to try and retrieve her email address password. He was incredibly helpful and patient. I give zero stars to Niya who was incredibly not helpful. When we were trying to get to a website, she refused to use her tablet (although others were helping their customers with their tablets), and instead insisted that we use our phones. She then walked away, sat down across the room, and started to play on her phone. She offered us no help the rest of the time that we were there, and we were left to figure out the customer service number and website by ourselves. Thankfully, Jay came to our rescue. Jay should be given a raise, and Niya should be retrained in customer service.
