The At&t service on the phone was incredibly disappointing. They did not help me at all and the phone records of my recent calls were completely different on their end and were charging me an upwards of $145 fee of which I had proof we’re not my responsibility. I got off the phone and immediately went to my nearest store in hopes of showing them my call logs and explaining my situation. The store manager in charge listened to my situation and saw my call logs and credited me the money that I was Over-charged. He also helped me set up an in- home wireless service that would be a faster service and save me money. I left the store feeling heard and validated that my phone conversation did unfortunately did not serve. I have been with AT&T for about 20 years and do not need to stay any longer. But after my in-house experience at the store, I will stay for a while longer. They were great. :)))
