I went in first thing this morning and was greeted by Brandon. I was having a rough day because my phone went for a swim last night in the lake, and would no longer work. Brandon worked tirelessly to help me as much as he could and find the best options for my scenario. He was pleasant, extremely knowledgeable and perhaps most important to me- honest. You could tell he truly cared, he thought up multiple solutions to help me, very out of the box ideas and wanted to make the situation better. I have NEVER had this good of an experience before at a phone store. He even had me in and out in 40 minutes, record time (you know this if you've ever bought a phone- it can be an hours long process). He gave me great info to think about for the future, and I felt confident in my choices thanks to all of the information. I hope that management will consider what a great employee they have at this location, these customer service oriented people are rare, and he should be recognized and treated well.
