When someone does something good for you, the appropriate response is to say, thank you!
Today I promised after leaving the store that I would send a google review, so here goes:
I had one of the best customer services experiences in a very long time. I have been a very loyal customer since 1998. However, I have my share of bad calls with customer services representatives who were all trying to up sell me instead of focusing on the reason why I called.
I finally decided that instead of calling and being transferred, I would go to my closest store and give them the opportunity before just canceling my service for GOOD.
Many thanks to the manager Christy, and the representative who assisted, Jason. I am extremely pleased to report that my issues were resolved. Christy went above and beyond to assist me and make sure I was fully satisfied before leaving the store. I can’t thank them enough for actually “hearing” me and listening without interrupting to allow me to fully explain the multiple issues I had experienced.
I am more than grateful for the level of customer service I received today.
To upper management and/or store owner, please do something special for the staff there.
